Birth Doula Services
As a dedicated doula, I provide compassionate, personalized care through every stage of your birthing experience. My service package of $1000 is designed to guide, empower, and nurture you before, during, and after birth and includes:
2-3 Prenatal Consultations
Through two prenatal sessions—held in person or virtually—we’ll prepare you for birth with care and confidence. Together, we’ll connect around your hopes, ease any fears, and create a birth and postpartum plan that truly reflects your values. You and your partner will get to explore hands-on comfort tools, from massage and positioning to breathing techniques, while also learning helpful, evidence-based information about labor and decision-making. Between our sessions, I’ll be just a call, text, or email away to answer questions and offer support as you get closer to meeting your baby.
Birth Support
As your personal advocate, comforter, and guide, I’ll be by your side from early labor through your baby’s first moments earthside. With continuous presence, I offer steady emotional reassurance, hands-on comfort techniques like massage, positioning, and breathing, and practical tools to ease the intensity of labor. I’ll help ensure your wishes are heard and respected, while also guiding your partner so they feel calm, confident, and fully involved. After birth, I remain present to support immediate bonding and breastfeeding, creating a gentle, supported start for you and your baby.
Postpartum check-up
In the first tender weeks after birth, I offer a caring reset designed to nurture your rest, recovery, and confidence as a new parent. Together, we’ll check in on how you’re feeling emotionally, while I provide guidance with breastfeeding, soothing, and understanding your baby’s cues. I’ll share practical support too—like how to use wraps, pumps, swaddles, and navigate diaper changes—while also discussing your physical recovery and connecting you with resources to support your healing. My role is to bring reassurance, care, and encouragement as you settle into life with your little one.

Meet Your Doula
About Me
Hi, I’m Agustina, a mother, nurse, and doula with a deep love for walking alongside families in their birthing journeys. I come from another country and now feel grateful to serve my new community, offering support in both English and Spanish so more families can feel seen and cared for.
My own path began with the birth of my daughter, an experience that opened my heart and inspired me to dedicate my life to this work. Birth showed me the strength, vulnerability, and beauty of bringing life into the world and I knew I wanted to hold space for others in that sacred moment.
When I’m not supporting families, you’ll often find me at the farmers market with my daughter, listening to holistic health podcasts, or walking along the beach. These simple joys keep me grounded and connected, just as I strive to help the families I serve feel rooted and cared for.
With years of nursing experience and as a student midwife, I bring both knowledge and a gentle presence. My care is rooted in listening, nurturing, and honoring the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
As your doula, my promise is to center you. I’ll walk beside you with compassion, respect, and love, so you feel supported, empowered, and held every step of the way.
